Agent Terms and Conditions

1. The Agent Program

The NaviaRide Agent Program lets car washes and mechanics in Lagos and Abuja (FCT) refer drivers to the NaviaRide platform. By signing up you ("Agent") agree to these terms with NaviaRide Tech Limited ("NaviaRide").

2. Referral Code

Each Agent receives a unique referral code. A referral only counts when the driver enters your code while creating their NaviaRide account. Codes cannot be added after an account has been created.

3. Earnings

For each driver you refer, you become eligible for ₦1,000 when that driver completes their first paid trip on NaviaRide, and a further ₦2,000 when that driver completes 10 paid trips. Each amount is paid at most once per referred driver. Cancelled, unpaid or reversed trips do not count.

4. Payment

NaviaRide pays eligible earnings to the Agent directly, after verification. NaviaRide may contact you on the phone number you provided to arrange payment.

5. Fair Use

Agents must not create fake accounts, refer themselves, pay drivers to sign up, or misrepresent NaviaRide. NaviaRide may withhold or reverse earnings tied to suspected fraud or abuse.

6. Suspension and Changes

NaviaRide may suspend an Agent or deactivate a referral code at any time, and may change or end the Agent Program with notice. Earnings that became eligible before a change will still be honoured unless linked to fraud.

7. Your Information

The details and photo you submit are used to run the Agent Program and verify referrals, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Signature

Typing your full name in the signature box and submitting the sign-up form is your electronic signature and confirms that you accept these terms.
