Account Deletion

Delete your NaviaRide account

You can delete your account from the mobile app or on this page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the mobile app

  1. Open NaviaRide and go to Profile.
  2. Scroll to Delete Account.
  3. Review the confirmation message and tap Delete.

Your account and profile will be permanently deleted. Completed trip and payment records may be kept in anonymized form for up to 7 years for tax, safety, and dispute resolution. You must withdraw or spend any wallet balance and driver earnings before deleting.
